Introducing the new OneVue Managed Account (SMA) PDS

We are pleased to attach the new OneVue’s Managed Account PDS which replaces the ShareInvest PDS.

The new PDS incorporates some enhancements …

  • Two new investment managers – Ascalon Capital Managers and Beulah Capital.  More Investment Managers will continue to be added.
  • Five new mandates – Ascalon’s ASX 200, ATI 20 Leaders Income, ATI Global Equities, ATI Property Securities, and Beulah Australian Equities.
  • A Personal Investment Portfolio - to hold your personally selected shares and cash, previously referred to as your Administration Only Account.

We will be sending out FAQs in the next few days and a printed Part A within the next few weeks.  Please use the application form found in Part B for future applications.

Meantime, if you have any questions, please phone us on 1300 790 235.  We’re here to help.

Thank you for your support of OneVue.

*** ADDITIONAL DETAIL ***

What are the key differences?

1. The ShareInvest Managed Investment Scheme is now known as OneVue Managed Account.

2. Cheques will now need to be made out to ‘OneVue Managed Account’ rather than ‘ShareInvest’.

3. Some ShareInvest portfolio mandates have been closed to new investors, eg

  • Managed Imputation (MM),
  • Tax Exempt (TX),
  • Hybrid Income (HI),
  • High Yield (HY)
  • Cash Only (CA).
  • Lonsec Managed Fund mandates – Traditional Asset Mandates and Alternative Asset Mandates.

Important: Existing clients can add to these mandates.  New clients will not be accepted.

4. The Admin Only (AO) account is now a Personal Investment Portfolio (PIP).

5. Locked holdings are now held in your Personal Investment Portfolio.  Going forward it will not be possible to lock holdings within a Mandate.

6. Investment minimums have been added.

  • Minimum initial deposit  - $25,000
  • Minimum initial investment per mandate - $25,000
    (Note:  Ausbil mandates require $50,000.)
  • Minimum additional investment - $ 1,000
  • Minimum account balance - $10,000
  • Minimum withdrawal - $ 1,000
  • Minimum switch - $10,000
  • Monthly minimum for regular savings plan - $100 per mandate per month
  • Monthly minimum for regular payment plan - $100 per mandate per month
7. Investors can no longer invest in Eligible Managed Funds in the OneVue Managed Account.
Important: Existing investors can continue to hold managed funds already in their accounts but cannot add any additional managed funds. The OneVue UMA handles this more cost effectively.
8. Managed Fund portfolio mandates are no longer offered.
Important:  The AssetPortfolio Mandates will still operate and existing investors can add to their existing mandates.  New clients can no longer invest in these mandates.

9. EasySave is now called a Regular Savings Plan.

10. EasyIncome is now called a Regular Payment Plan.

11. The application form requires additional information in order to fulfil Anti Money Laundering compliance requirements.

OneVue Managed Account remains the same as ShareInvest in many ways.

You can still transfer in share parcels without triggering CGT provided the shares are in the name of the beneficial owner.
The minimum initial investment remains the same - $25,000 to $50,000 (depending upon the mandate)
The existing Investment Managers are included.
You can still set up a regular savings or withdrawals.
The Responsible Entity remains the same.
The fees are the same.
Our contact details remain the same.
